We pride ourselves on the following qualities;
No card will look the same
Having worked in other memorial card businesses before with so called standard cards where simply the photo, details and verses are changed but the images are always the same it felt more like a mass production than a personal tribute to the deceased.
Our cards might have small elements, such as religious images of Saints and Holy places re-used, but they are always integrated in individual backgrounds, resulting in unique designs and layouts for every order.
We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays
To accommodate our customers’ busy working schedule our office is also open on Saturdays. You don’t have to take any time off work and can arrange an appointment to discuss your questions and ideas at our office or via video chat on a day you are able to meet with us or simply talk over the phone without being rushed.
We have one of the fasted turnaround of orders
On average we will have a draft of the design emailed to you within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order. From the approval of the design we need between 10 and 20 days (depending on card type) to deliver your order. That’s an average of two or three weeks from start to finish.
While we use Litho Printing as our main printing process, for urgent orders we can arrange digital printing with a processing time of 3 days.
For urgent orders we are now offering our new Priority Service, where your order will skip the queues and gets printed by Ireland’s leading digital printers, which results into a turnaround time of under 1 week from start to finish.
No hidden fees or extra costs
We don’t charge extra for revised design drafts. We will change the layout as often as needed until you are 100% satisfied with the card design.
Envelopes, delivery within Ireland and other costs are included in the prices listed on our website and order form.
For card formats not listed we will give you a total price before the design commences, so that you know the exact cost upfront.
